In theatre, an ensemble is a group of artists who work towards a shared vision, where the success of the performance depends on the connection between every individual involved.

The best organisations work the same way. Not a collection of talented individuals, but a team where everyone is present, connected and supporting each other.

My approach centres around three areas - not as distinct and separate, but as spheres that are constantly developing and informing each other.

Creating a culture where people feel supported enough to be safe, and stretched enough to grow.
THE ENSEMBLE LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP

A practical experience-led day for leaders and teams.

Develop the practical skills to become the leader of a connected, creative and collaborative ensemble.

Using techniques from the rehearsal room, actor training and performance psychology, learn how to become a leader teams want to follow.

By the end of the day, participants can:

  • Stay Calm Under Pressure

  • Hold Difficult Conversations

  • Build Trust Quickly

  • Create the Right Conditions

Every participant also receives a 30-minute 1-to-1 with Marcus at three months to chart their progress and cement their learning.

Participants leave with the PEOPLE framework - a practical guide for any leadership moment that puts people first.

Particularly well-suited to graduate schemes, fast-track programmes and high-potential talent pathways. Also leadership teams preparing for change, growth or increased pressure.

For groups of up to 12 participants.

This is direction - not coaching.

Working closely together over a series of sessions, we develop your presence, your voice and your ability to connect in the moments that matter most.​

This is about how you feel as a leader. How you understand yourself, connect with key individuals and build a team around you.
